How can I order furniture?
Meble Wójcik's manufacturers do not provide retail sales. Only orders from partner stores are filled, therefore please directly contact one of the stores found on the last page of Meble Wójcik's catalogue, or at [LINK]

All of Meble Wójcik's systems are available only in the colours shown in the catalogue and at [LINK].

Can an additional order be placed for an element to be made to a Customer's custom dimensions?
Meble Wójcik only offers ready-made solutions in the form of systems or individual furniture pieces. Units are available only in the specifications shown in the catalogue or on the website and it is not possible to fill individual orders.

How long does it take to fill an order?
The time taken to fill an order is 2-4 weeks from the date the order is placed by a partner store.

How long does it take to resolve complaints?
The manufacturer has a maximum of 4 weeks to resolve complaints submitted by the store. The deciding date is the date of submission of the complaint by the partner store, not by the individual Customer. Please agree on all details pertaining to the complaint with the store, in which you made the purchase.

Is there a possibility of placing an additional order for a single element, which was damaged?
If the damage occurred through the fault of the user, there is a possibility of placing an additional order for a particular element, at the Customer’s expense. For more information please enquire at the store, in which the purchase was made.

Is it possible to order pre-assembled furniture?
Meble Wójcik furniture is sold only in packages that need self-assembly. Some of the partner stores offer furniture assembly services - for more information please contact the store directly.

Meble Wójcik does not have an online store and does not provide electronic sales of their products. However, there is an option of choosing products from the range and calculating prices - by using the price calculator. Do I receive warranty for furniture purchased in showrooms? If so, how long is the warranty?
In accordance with the act, Meble Wójcik furniture is covered by a 2-year warranty.

The abovementioned entities are Meble Wójcik manufacturers - companies, which have been producing furniture for over 25 years, at the same time selling it in international markets. Meble Wójcik is a brand created with the Polish market in mind - it is in line with the native style and housing conditions. Sales under the Meble Wójcik brand have been conducted on the domestic market since 2008.

Where can I find usage and maintenance instructions for Meble Wójcik furniture?
Each unit comes with assembly instructions - the last page of these instructions specifies usage and maintenance instructions. We strongly recommend you follow these instructions in order to best protect the furniture.
